Colour concentrates

Customer-specific, formulated colour masterbatches are manufactured in the most state-of-the-art, material-preserving processing plants. Our extensive experience speaks for itself, with over 13,000 existing colour matches, including those that conform to international standards like RAL, Pantone, NCS and HKS.

Every year, we produce over 600 new custom-made formulations in our paint laboratories and on the masterbatch production lines.

We can implement your requests, for example, transparent colours, luminous colours, pearlescent colours, fluorescent colours, metallic or tinsel effects. Similarly, our masterbatches satisfy your requirements according to criteria such as: lightfastness, temperature resistance and fastness to weathering.

Alongside universal carriers, our colour concentrates are based on the following carrier materials: PE, PP, SAN, ABS.

Know How

Working together with highly qualified colourists, modern colour temperature meters and software-supported colour formulation enables quick colour matching to meet your requirements. Depending on what is required and the area of application, we can create masterbatches that conform to all regulations and standards. For example, according to international foodstuff regulations (D, EU, USA, etc.), environmental regulations (RoHS, WEEE, etc.), toy standards (EN 71, Section 3; BfR, etc.) or other regulations.

We continue to actively engage ourselves in current developments on the new European chemicals regulation REACH.
